Rules for customer users

1. Access

An issuer provides access for a business purpose. It may be used only within the permission granted. Access does not create a paid agreement with forsix for the user personally and does not authorise the user to order paid services on the issuer's behalf.

2. Documents and rights

Documents may be viewed, downloaded and used only as authorised. A download option does not automatically permit publication, resale or disclosure. Intellectual property, trade secrets and agreed confidentiality must be respected. The relevant issuer is responsible for prices, product claims and commercial content.

3. Protecting access

Credentials must not be shared with unauthorised people. Suspected misuse must be reported to the issuer or info@forsix.de. Other customer areas, technical restrictions and operation of the service must not be attacked or circumvented.

4. Changes and termination

The authorised issuer may change or end access and sharing permissions. forsix may impose proportionate restrictions for specific legal violations or security threats. A further human review may be requested through info@forsix.de.

5. Privacy

The CatalogHub Privacy Notice applies to platform operation. The issuer's own privacy information applies to its processing and should be requested from the issuer if it has not already been supplied.
