Data export and switching

1. Self-service export

Issuer administrators can generate a complete copy of their CatalogHub workspace at any time under Legal → Documents. The ZIP download requires recent password confirmation and is recorded in the audit log.

2. Content and formats

The export contains structured JSON files for the company account, customers, price-list metadata, assignments, notification settings, upload/download/review activity and contract and acceptance evidence. Uploaded price lists and DPA PDFs are included in their original file formats.

Passwords, password hashes, API tokens, remember tokens, session payloads, source code, internal security keys and purely internal forsix operating data are excluded. Data-subject rights concerning other personal data may additionally be exercised through info@forsix.de.

3. Porting and switching

The ZIP is machine-readable and can be processed on the customer's infrastructure or by another provider. Direct technical transmission to a destination provider is not currently automated and can be coordinated through info@forsix.de. Individually agreed assistance and mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

4. Contract end and deletion

An export does not terminate an agreement. Term and termination follow the individual offer. After the contractual end has been confirmed, technical closure can be requested in the Legal area. forsix verifies authority and contract end and sets the execution date.

On that date, price lists and operational records are deleted and accounts are pseudonymised and blocked. DPA, contract and acceptance evidence required by law or to establish the agreement remains separately archived. Deleted data may remain in backups until normal rotation completes.
